Supervisor training is critical to any organization that wishes to avoid costly lawsuits caused by the actions of supervisors who are not knowledgeable regarding the rules and regulations that govern the employment relationship. An employer can be held liable for the actions of its supervisors even if the employer had no knowledge of the supervisors' activities.

We work with our clients to establish training programs for supervisors that assess the legal risks associated with business practices and help the supervisors to navigate those risks by implementing policies and procedures that are legally compliant with all applicable state and federal rules.
