Gathering Data
eSource HR partners with clients to gather and review
information from various data sources, including policies,
practices, reports and files.
Evaluation
eSource HR works with you staff to examine, in detail, each
area of the audit process.
Analysis
eSource HR will use the SWOT analysis to identify strengths
and weaknesses and recommend actions for improvement.
Action Planning
eSource HR will work with you to prioritize the recommended
actions. The action plan will include specific tasks to be
completed, task ownership, resource allocation, deadlines
and deliverables.
Follow Up
eSource HR will work to ensure completion of the action
plan. We will work with you to maintain focus on continuous
improvement and coach you through attainment of set goals.
